Shipping prices are based on where you live. We do not come up with shipping prices, our carrier does.
Currently we accept credit card payments. If you would like to arrange payment via another method, we are happy to try and assist your request!
Absolutely! Anchie Swim is a safe and secure place for you to shop. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to transmit credit card information and your personal information. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.
No, Anchie Swim is only based online. We love that you can do your shopping online from the comfort of your own home and your items will be conveniently delivered safely to your home.
Once you have selected the checkout button, you will have the option to sign in or create an account. The next step is to enter your chosen shipping method, and any gift cards or coupon codes you may have. From here you will be directed to complete the payment. Once the order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email.
All prices found on Anchieswim.com are listed in Euro (€). International orders will be calculated via our integrated currency converter, although the actual international currency conversion that your bank charges may vary.
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us in 1 hour after you've place an order. After that we can not guarantee that we will be able to make any changes.
We generally deliver all orders in 1-4 working days.
There may be the occasional delay due to Customs Clearance processes which are out of our control.
Anchie Swim uses DHL Express for all orders.
When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number. If you did not receive this email, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
European orders are NOT subject to tax/customs duties.
Countries outside of Europe will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
Please be aware that Anchie Swim does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.
Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Anchie Swim, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
The buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 days after receiving an item.
The item/s must be in original condition with returns tag and hygiene seal remaining in place. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.
Anchie Swim offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost)
PLEASE NOTE: If you use a discount code of 20 % or higher or you buy sale items, you will not receive a refund. In that case you can exchange an item or receive a gift card that never expires.
To initiate a return, simply email us at email@example.com using the e-mail address used to order the swimwear.
(Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.)
Once the items have been received, we will send your new piece/s out or you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).
Anchie Swim cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
