SHIPPING

We offer FREE express worldwide shipping on all orders over 250 EUR. We ship globally from Slovenia, Europe.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the next Monday morning.

We offer standard and express international shipping options, to best fit your needs.

STANDARD POST (2-8 working days) - 7 EUR

DHL EXPRESS (1-2 working days) - 15 EUR

 

If your shipping address is in an EU member state, your order will arrive without any additional customs charges. Note: Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland are part of the EU area but are not EU member states. Customs may still apply for these countries. Please check with your local customs office.

STANDARD - Royal Mail (3-6 working days) - 7 EUR

DHL EXPRESS (1-2 working days) - 15 EUR

 

UK Duties & Taxes

Orders to the UK over 135 GBP will have VAT & duty charges, payable by the recipient upon delivery. Please factor these into your purchase costs before placing your order.

STANDARD - USPS/Canada Post (9-13 working days) - 9 EUR

DHL EXPRESS (1-3 working days) - 19 EUR

 

USA Duties & Taxes

With the new tariff regulations in effect, you might be charged import fees upon delivery. Please familiarise yourself with regulations for importing packages from European Union, as payment may be necessary to release your order.

If you choose to reject or refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a 40 EUR return fee deducted from your refund. This return fee covers the return shipping and fees. 

STANDARD - Aus Post/NZ Post (15-20 working days) - 9 EUR

DHL EXPRESS5 (5-7 working days) - 25 EUR

 

Orders under the 1.000 AUD will not incur import duties and taxes.

STANDARD POST (10+ working days) - 10 EUR

DHL EXPRESS (3-7 working days) - 30 EUR

You will receive an e-mail containing your DHL or national postal service tracking number once your package has been shipped.

Once orders are dispatched, we are no longer able to cancel or change the shipping address.

Anchie Swim is not responsible for possible delays in shipments caused by international customs issues, delays caused by couriers or any other circumstances beyond our control.

DUTIES AND TAXES

European Union: Orders are shipped from within the EU, meaning no customs duties are incurred.

International/Non-EU (includes the UK): Customs duties and/or VAT apply for international orders at the discretion of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Anchie Swim is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment. Please familiarise yourself with your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.


Contact as as soon as possbile! We usually ship within 24 hours, but it can be sooner than this. Write us at info@anchieswim.com with your request. If the package is still at our warehouse, we might be able to change your order or address - however this is not guaranteed.

This usually happenes with standard international shipments. Please note that in rare cases, there are no tracking updates, until the shipment reaches your country or until it's delivered. If you received tracking number it means that shipment is on the way. For international shipments outside of Europe, please allow up to 15 working days for delivery. If there are still no trakcing updates after this time, please contact us.

There will be a fee deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and any additional fees incurred due to your refusal. This is non-negotiable. In addition to this any parcel returned to sender due to incorrect address will incur a fee.

In the rare event that your tracking number indicates your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping company directly before contacting us.

Anchie Swim is not accountable for damaged packages, lost packages, missed deliveries or undeliverable addresses.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we are not responsible for reimbursing any customs charges you may have paid.

Please note we cannot ship to P.O Boxes.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders without notice, in which a refund will be issued.
