Please contact RETURNS@ANCHIESWIM.COM within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery, indicating your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We will contact you within 1-2 days and provide you with details and return address.

The 14 day return period applies to the time in which a return must be requested. 

Return request outside of 14 days are subject to rejection. Anchie Swim reserves the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.

Returns shipping costs are at customers own expense.

The cost of returning item(s) is not covered or reimbursed by us nor do we provide a return shipping label. However, if you request an exchange, we will arrange the shipping of the new item to you.

Please ensure that the parcel is trackable, to stay updated with the shipment. We are not responsible for customer returns that are damaged or lost in transit.

For INTERNATIONAL orders outside the European Union, we recommend you ship the package with your country's national postal service, which is also the most affordable. (USPS, Canada Post, Australia Post, etc.).
Returns sent back with FedEx, UPS, DHL or any other courier may result in additional and unexpected import customs/duties charges, which will be deducted from your refund.

Item/s must be returned in perfect resaleble condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with their tags and hygiene liner intact and returned in the original garment bag, including drawstring bag.

All swimwear must be tried on wearing undergarments and kept in the packaging in a clean environment, so it can not accidentally get stained or dirty in any way.

We do not accept items that show signs of wear or are soiled/stained. That includes any stains from make-up, deodorant, sweat or any other marks or odors (such as perfume).

We fully inspect all returned items and if any of these conditions are not met, then your items will be refused and sent back to you at your own cost.

We offer refunds on all full priced items or items purchased with a discount of less than 25%.

All items sold with a discount of 25% and above can only be returned for exchange or store credit, and will NOT be refunded.

Once your return has been received, we will inscpet the items and process a refund for the cost of the returned item(s), excluding the original shipping cost. You’ll receive the refund or store credit notification via email within 4 business days. Please allow additional 7 business days for funds to be credited back to the original payment method.  

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

Such occurrences are rare at Anchie Swim. Each item is carefully inspected prior to shipping to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of discovering any quality issues or defects, please contact RETURNS@ANCHIESWIM.COM within 14 days so we can start the exchange process. Items that are believed to be faulty should be returned through our standard return process for evaluation.

In the event that you decide to refuse your order or if it's returned to our warehouse due to circumstances beyond Anchie Swim and the shipping company's control (such as an incorrect delivery address or failure to pick up the parcel), the refund will be issued as store credit, with return shipping costs deducted.
