Returns & Exchanges

WE OFFER RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON ALL FULL PRICED ITEMS RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.

Your item(s) must meet the below requirements in order to be approved for a refund:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Undergarments must be worn when trying on items.
  • Items must be returned in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed and must have the hygiene seal intact.
  • We do not offer free returns. All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Please note, sale items are not eligible for returns. This includes any order purchased with a discount of 20% or above.

We ask that the following requirements are met:

  • All returned items MUST be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, hygiene seal and tags attached and in their original garment bag. Items which have been tampered with, worn or washed will not be accepted.  
  • Items must not be worn, altered or have stains from make-up, deodorant, sweat or any other substance on them.
  • We recommend briefly fitting swimwear over your underwear and then keep the them in the packaging in a clean environment so it can not accidentally get stained or dirty in any way.
  • Swimwear must be returned in sellable condition to process refund or exchange. Any swimsuits that do not meet above requirements will not be refunded or exchanged.

HOW DO I ORGANIZE A RETURN?

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please follow our return process outlined below:

  • Within 7 days of receiving your swimwear e-mail: returns@anchieswim.com using the same e-mail address used to order the items. In the email, please write order number and reason for return.
  • You will receive an email response within 1-2 business days with all the further steps.
  • Please package the garments up in their original packaging (within 14 days of the date you received your delivery). Our shipping bags have a double adhesive strip for a second use, you can be eco-friendly and send your return back in the same bag.
  • We do not cover shipping cost of any items being returned or exchanged, nor do we take responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen goods. Please ensure you choose a trackable and reliable shipping company.
  • Upon receipt of your returned items, we will inspect them prior to receiving approval for a refund or exchange. An email will be sent afterwards with the refund/exchange details.
  • Your return or exchange will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned items. We will confirm your refund's completion via email. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

SALES AND DISCOUNT CODES:

Sale items including full price items purchased at a discount of 20% or more are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

 PLEASE NOTE:

We do not cover international customs clearance fees or duties that your package may be subject to.

Returns outside 14 days are subject to rejection. Anchie Swim reserves the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.
